Zoo trip

Awhile ago we went to the zoo with some visiting friends. Colby loved spending the entire day with his dad. That doesn't happen nearly enough. Here are some pics.

Colby has been enjoying Nemo lately, so we got his some of his own 'ish' (fish). Sadly, these ones don't talk. Our cats, however, find them highly entertaining.

Swimmin'

This past weekend we went to Grandparents P's home, and they had bought a swimming pool for all the toddlers. Colby was just loving it, and wouldn't stop playing although the others were done.

We're totally into bugs right now. He loves to follow them with his fingers, and unfortunately, loves squishing them too.

Splashin' (gram's cam, final batch)

One thing that I like about my sister, she takes TONS of pictures. There were about 400 of this 30 minute splash time. You can see as Colbs is just put in the water, and as he slowly gets up the nerve to splash.

Grandma also taught Colby how to color with sidewalk chalk. Its amazing, he can write "Colby loves Grandma" all by himself! (or so I'm told, AHEM.) Here's some of my favorites, it cracks me up how 100% left-handed he is!

Grandma's Camera, my fav's (part 1 of 3)

Colby spends two days a week with his Grandma M, and she's almost as camera happy as mommy. I finally convinced her to share the wealth, and I just fell in love with the pics she has. These are a few of my top favorites.

Father's Day

Father's day was great. Colbs got to visit all three of his grandfathers and smother them with hugs and kisses. He loves all his 'papas' ! But most of all, he loves his daddy. He was just attached to his daddy all day. Instead of playing with the other kids in the backyard, he just lounged in his daddy's lap with a sippy cup in hand. Their relationship is truly something special. I hope someday that Colby turns out EXACTLY like his daddy. :)
