Mr Mischief.

Colby is learning so much so quickly. He's learned to bang two things together to make noise (its cute but gets old quickly). He has also learned that he can tip things over, and everything falls out, much to his delight.

The King's Castle

What is a king without his castle?
And of course he needs his horse and the crown jewels.
But over time his castle and reign over the land started to deteriorate.

Summer Fun!

This past week was Colby's first time in the pool. Ten minutes to get him in a swimsuit, fifteen to completely lather him in sunscreen, five to blow up his pool toy, and holding him for 15 minutes in the pool because he was grumpy. Aren't infants the GREATEST?

New Skill!

Colby's new skill is teeth brushing!

First we had to work on holding the toothbrush appropriately...

And then getting the teeth...

And then chewing for a good ten minutes. Apparently, gumming a toothbrush is tons of fun!

(Don't mind the messy clothes! He has to brush his teeth after he eats, right?)

We start them off early...

In our families, baseball is a huge thing. We definitely are starting him off early! At first he was curious, but by the end, he just wanted to cuddle with Grandma.

Baby hungry, anyone? These pictures will do that to you!

Manti Trip, Part Deux

(Such a daddy's boy)

Colby practicing his sign language! (Or trying to eat grass. You decide)

(Nom Nom Nom. Yummy)

With "Joseph Smith" and a "Lamanite"

Colby was cold, hungry and tired by the time the show started!

Manti Trip, part 1

We went to Manti for the Mormon Miracle Pageant this weekend. We were super adventurous, and took Colby with us. It was a lot of fun, and he was surprisingly happy most the day!

In the car. He kept smiling and giggling at Emily.

Our view of the Temple.

Going for a walk.

Kid in a candy store. Right about here he started getting really grumpy. He wouldn't even eat any of our ice cream. So we let him pout in the stroller...

He kept falling further and further...

And he was out. LOL ok, so the hat didn't fit too well. It was cute, anyways. :)

Funny Story

This is how the story goes.

Colby and Brooks are cousins and great buddies. Today they're at Colby's house.

Brooks is by far, more mobile, and sees one of Colby's toys. He goes for it.

So Colby pops him one.

Brooks runs off crying.

Mom dies laughing, cuddles Brooks, and hurries to upload it to the website.

Stinky feet!

Don't we all wish we were flexible like this? It's gotta come in handy!

Mmmmm... disobedience.

Grandma M babysits me twice a week, and loves to give me yummy things that my mom won't let me have. And then she sends pictures to my mom, tormenting her with them.

Ice cream, pudding, donut... I get them all!
